“I wanted to change the way this business treated homeowners.”
James Couling began in the HVAC business with Sears in 1976. For more than three decades, he learned the trade and took care of customers at a company people trusted.
By 2007, James was 50 years old and had spent roughly 32 years with Sears. He decided it was time to go out on his own and started Couling A/C & Heating right here in the San Antonio area.
He did not start it simply to own an A/C company. There was something about the business he believed should be different: homeowners deserved to be treated fairly before a single wrench turned.
